How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.If you do not receive your tracking details within 5 days of placing your order, please message us via our Facebook Page or Instagram.

All orders are shipped directly from our Gold Hair Collection salon located at DFO Jindalee, Brisbane, Australia.
Returns
Hair Toppers
We understand that choosing the correct colour online can be difficult. For this reason, we offer exchanges on unopened and unaltered hair toppers within 30 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene and alteration reasons, once a topper has been cut, styled, fitted, worn, or altered in any way, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.
Refund Policy for Hair Toppers
Refunds for change-of-mind do not include shipping or transaction fees.
If your product has a major fault, a full refund including delivery costs will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Other Salon Products
We offer a 30-day money back refund on unopened and unused salon products.
Due to hygienic reasons, we only accept returns on items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Warranty
Gold Hair Collection provides a 9-month manufacturer’s warranty covering workmanship and materials on all hair toppers.
Using our recommended Shampoo, Conditioner, and Home Care products will help maintain the longevity of your topper. However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of which products you choose to use.
With proper care, your Hair Topper can last for years.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
